Step By Step Process

1) Plan

Pick a date and location (senior center, or Zoom if neccessary)

2) Recruit

Gather volunteers and brief them on patience, privacy and the no home visits rule

3) Post Flyers

Share details: date, time, what we help with, RSVP info, and note that help is only in public spaces or Zoom through 

4) Pre-screen requests

Ask seniors what device/problem they have and confirm we can only assist in safe, public, or online settings.

5) Prepare

Pair volunteers with requests and bring any neccessities.

6) Help Session

Check in, ask permission before handling devices, and solve issues that can be done on-site or online.

7) Follow Up

If needed, schedule another session or offer Zoom help for ongoing support
